In December 2004 my husband and I moved to this property in Halfmoon Bay. We were very happy but the front yard was a mess of weeds. In June of 2007, we contacted Silver Fern Landscaping to see what could be done. After consultation as to what we wanted in our garden Karen came up with a landscape plan which we approved.
Over ten days our weed patch was transformed into a beautiful perennial rock garden. They had to hand dig all the weeds out as there are septic pipes and underground wires present. Michael built a path through the garden after which the planting began followed by bark mulch. More rock walls were built using rocks that had come from our own yard.
Michael’s work ethic is beyond reproach. There is no wasted time regardless of the weather. Michael comes back once a year to do the heavy pruning, other than that it is an easy garden to care for.
The garden Karen designed gives us joy throughout the year. I would recommend Silver Fern Landscaping without hesitation.
